Agreement on Non-Returnable Tech Products
This agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into Blakes Workplace Solutions Limited with its principal place of business at E8 Kingfisher Business Park, Liverpool, L20 6PF, the ("Seller"), and the jndividual or entity ("Buyer") who purchases tech products, from Blakes, the Seller.
1. Non-Returnable ltem Policy
1.1 Scope of Products:
The products covered under this Agreement are tech nology-related items, includingbut not limited to computers, software, peripherals, and electronic devices
("Products").
1.2 Non-Returnable Condition:
Buyer acknowledges and agrees that all Products purchased from Seller are sold on a strictly non-returnable basis. Once a purchase is made, the sale is final, and the Products cannot be returned for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the Product, finding a lower price elsewhere, or no longer needing the Product.
2. Acknowledgment of Understanding
2.1 Understanding of Terms:
Buyer confirms that they fully understand and agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement. Buyer acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to review and understand the non-returnable nature of the Products before making a purchase.
2.2 Binding Agreement:
This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective heirs, legal rep resentatives, successors, and permitted assigns.
3. Warranty and Defects
3.1 Manufacturer's Warranty:
ln the event that the Product is covered by a manufacturer's warranty, Buyer should refer to the warranty documentation provided by the manufacturer for any issues related to defects or malfunctions. Seller will assist in facilitating warranty claims but does not accept returns for defective Products.
3.2 lnspection of Products:
Buyer is responsible for inspecting the Products upon receipt and must notify Seller of any visible defects or issues within (48 hours) 2 days of delivery. Such
notification does not constitute a return but allows Seller to assist in resolving any immediate concerns.
4. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the UK laws, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
5. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous
agreements, representations, and understandings of the parties. No supplement, modification, or amendment of this Agreement shall be binding unless executed in writing by both parties.
6. Severability
lf any, provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
7. No Waiver
The failure of either party to enforce any right or provision in this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by the party in writing.
